What is a Comprehensive Psychological Evaluation?
This is a set of assessment procedures used to obtain information about an individuals unique intellectual, personality, and emotional functioning. This information helps us to determine therapeutic goals and treatment plans.
During the intake process, the new participant is screened for a variety of substance use and mental health disorders. This helps our counselors and Certified Peer Recovery Specialists provide appropriate services to the new participant. information collected during the psychosocial evaluation is confidential, but analyzed and studied so that The UP Foundation can improve its current services and treat future participants more effectively.
